Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All of our printed retro-style canvases are made to order. Because of the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or visible print defects)
Once your order is placed and enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled, as we begin preparing your custom product right away to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect (as outlined above)
Please note: If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your return or exchange, even if the item has been mailed back to us.
Return & Exchange Process
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Step 2:
You will receive a return form and return label via email. Complete the form, pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories, and affix the provided return label.

- Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return without shipping or restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
