1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with a variety of reliable carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The shipping carrier for your order is automatically selected based on your delivery address and the product being shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.
At Lionesste, we are committed to processing and shipping your order on time using the appropriate service. Please note that delivery delays caused by holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, though we’ll do our best to assist you if issues arise.
2. Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
3. Processing Time
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before they are shipped. This may vary depending on the specific product ordered.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 12–17 business days from the date of shipment. This estimate is provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, holidays, or natural events (such as severe weather).
All orders come with tracking links so you can monitor your package along its journey.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on the number of items and your location. Typical rates are:
- $5.99 for the first item
- $1.99 for each additional item
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Where We Ship
We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.
If you created an account during checkout, you can also view your order status by logging into the My Account section on our website. Please note that this feature is not available for guest checkouts.
8. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and contact your local post office before proceeding.
9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, new shipping charges will apply to resend the item:
- $7.00 per item for U.S. re-shipments
- $10.00 per item for international re-shipments
If the package is not returned to us, a new order will need to be placed.
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned to us due to delivery issues such as an invalid address, unclaimed package, or recipient refusal. If this happens, we will notify you once the package is returned and offer options for reshipping. Reshipping fees will apply as noted above.
11. Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us right away. In many cases, the item may have been left in an unexpected location (e.g., porch, mailbox, with a neighbor). We recommend checking around your property and contacting the delivery carrier for further information.
12. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please email us at [email protected] with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
